We’re excited to finally share the website revamp project for Mercu - the chat-based employee enablement platform for the deskless workforce that helps organizations connect via chat-apps frontline workers already use - WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, etc.

Mercu had a unique product but with a landing page that served as a placeholder website. The team noticed they were receiving a lot of interest in the product despite not promoting their website.
The problem? The old website didn’t reflect their updated brand and product positioning. It was generating zero leads, and not doing the team any favors.
That’s when they decided to make it official.
The goal was to build a website that educates the market and lays groundwork for inbound lead generation. Mercu wanted to focus on getting the basics right on their brand, positioning and market awareness.
We worked with the Mercu team to refine their messaging, write value-focused copy and engage their target audience. Additionally, we built pages on Webflow to create a structure that would scale hand-in-hand with Mercu as they add more content and resources.
It didn’t take long (under 6 weeks) before we went live. The result? An educative, engaging, and scalable website that differentiates Mercu from the competition, shows the product’s capabilities, and builds a foundation for lead generation.
