As you may know - filters play a crucial role in enhancing user experience and efficiency when dealing with large sets of data or content. These filters offer users the ability to precisely define their search criteria, helping them narrow down results to only those that meet their specific requirements.

What is Sojo?

Sojo is a platform that automates operations for short-term vacation rentals. They collect property and reservation data from their customers' platform APIs and use defined rules to create a scheduled order, which they then fulfill.

How we helped

We created a new user interface for Sojo's internal CX team to improve their platform's customer account management features. This involved exposing payment methods, property attributes, pending orders, shipments, invoices, and payment history to their customers.

Our design process included revising existing flows, creating low-fidelity wireframes, developing a new UI design language, and implementing a comprehensive design system.
