Redesigning the myGOV Mobile Application for Enhanced User Experience, Accessibility, and Eliminating Cluttered UI.

Problem Statement:

The myGOV mobile application is a crucial platform that serves as a gateway for citizens to access government services, information, and resources conveniently through their smartphones. However, the current version of the app suffers from several usability issues, design inconsistencies, limited accessibility features, and an overwhelming cluttered UI, hindering its potential to provide a seamless and inclusive experience for all users.

Objective:

The primary objective of this project is to undertake a comprehensive redesign of the myGOV mobile application, specifically focusing on eliminating clutter from the user interface while addressing the other identified issues.The redesigned app should prioritize decluttering the UI while adhering to modern design principles, enhancing usability, accessibility, and delivering a stable, efficient, and secure user experience.By revamping the myGOV app and eliminating the cluttered UI, the government aims to increase citizen engagement with essential services, foster a sense of trust and transparency between citizens and the government, and promote inclusivity by catering to the needs of all users.

Design Solution:

To address the problems of cluttered UI, usability issues, limited accessibility features, and other identified challenges, the redesign of the myGOV mobile application will focus on creating a streamlined and accessible user experience. The design solution will incorporate modern design principles, improved navigation, personalized features, and robust security measures.
