Case Study: PhilHealth Member Portal Reimagined

This project aimed to optimize PhilHealth's Online Member Portal, an essential platform that allows PhilHealth members to access and manage their healthcare benefits online. PhilHealth is a government-owned and controlled corporation in the Philippines responsible for providing health insurance coverage to its members. This study involved conducting user research to understand the current problems faced by users and conducting heuristic evaluation to identify usability issues. Based on the findings, actionable recommendations were provided to improve the user experience and increase user engagement with the platform.
