Raven - Emergency Response App

I designed this emergency response app for a client. The concept was to prototype a tool that allows first responders to effectively and efficiently communicate within the field. Paired with a "Nest", or, the technical hub, Raven can be used without the need of internet connection. The focus of this design was 1) identify the primary needs of first responders and what they currently lack, 2) design an intuitive system that would not require the need for additional training and 3) make it flexible enough to accommodate all the unknowns when responding to events. This was a really fun project and I really enjoyed being able to work with the first responders to design an app that would help make their incredibly difficult job just that little bit easier.

For this product I was the lead product designer - responsible for the user research and need/ functionality identification, UI/UX, branding and marketing strategy, and logo design.
