My Back Home Chai, Bangladeshi Cafe

This client wanted to pay homage to their Bangladeshi roots through their traditional cuisine with a modern twist. They wanted a fairly simple and minimal website with a hint to their Bangladeshi heritage. They insisted on a custom sanskrit font which was used as the header text through out the site. The green chosen is a nod to the Bangladesh flag. I was sure to include a lot of imagery and even went to the extent of going into the cafe myself, armed with my Nikon and did the photography for their website. The client did not want any photos of their food on the website as their home page as their food/menu changes a lot, I added them mostly onto the gallery carousel on the "our story" page. All CTA's point to ordering online or getting in touch. They just wanted a brochure landing page with nothing else but I added in an "our story" and contact page. The "order online" button open a new tab straight to uber eats.
