MyCo is a Healthcare Multi-national company. The firm has huge number of employees and managing their day to day spends is a hassle. They want to design a web app that allows Employees to raise spend requests and managers to respond accordingly. In short, they want a spend management platform.

Step 1: Desk Analysis

Here I tried to get to know what are the types of expense there are in an organization. 

Spend types: Buying Software, buying in Cafeteria, or office utilities etc.

User types: Normal employee & Manager

Step 2: Storyboarding and Userflow

Here I tried to understand what will be the scenario where user is gonna come to our platform and raise the expense request to his manager.

User journey:

1. Employee submits spend request with details to his/her Manager

2. Manager reviews the request; amends changes and approves or denies

3. When Manager approves, a virtual credit card is created

4. Employee receives notification

As there was a time barrier and I had to skip the sketching part and directly jump onto the flow and then to the visual Design.

After complete research of the information which i'm gonna be putting into my design. I started with the design system and low fedility designs.
