there's the inscription "satisfied? :)". When opened from this side, the customer is met with words of gratitude for their purchase 🛍️, encouragement to leave a positive review 👍, and an invitation to visit the ControllerCreators blog 🌐.

On the opposite side of the card, unlike traditional ones, there's the phrase "not satisfied :(?", but it's presented upside-down. Opening the card from this side reveals content tailored for less satisfied customers, expressing regret and offering information about possible returns ↩️ and a request to get in touch 📞.

Despite having two distinct messages inside for the two options, it doesn't confuse the customer, as one of them is inverted. This design ensures clarity ✅ and prevents any potential disorientation.

Thanks to this concept, the card intuitively adjusts to the customer's feelings, presenting relevant messages depending on which side they choose to open.
