VLARV | Beer | Logo design & Brand identity
The project ''Valarv'' is a portfolio showcase design concept. The concept for the brand was innovated as an opportunity for a local Canadian breweries to penetrate the US market considering the declining sales of Budlight, the emotion of the beer was strongly believed upon creating a masculine beer brand, respecting the original rugged and laddish viewpoint of the product as well as targeting the customers refusing to buy Budlight. Hence considering the pain point of the customers the brand was designed with black colour symbolizing elegance and sophistication and a crimson red colour symbolizing energy and action. A study of recent trends promoting masculinity was gathered via trending youtube videos and social media reels. A study was made according to the likes and dislikes of the general public hence, it was concluded to include an ancient masculine figure and his sculpture on the product as a symbol of manhood, hence King Davids's sculpture was found to be a good fitment for the overall brand emotion due to its elegance and trending popularity thereof a line art of the sculpture was designed to add a touchpoint for the brand and its identity. The project is centered upon showcasing my design skills as creative graphic designer and dosent promote usage of alcohol .
