The Apostles Creed

The creed is an ancient summary of the baseline ideas almost all christians affirm as true. Its 12 distinct articles outline the trinitarian nature of God as Father, Son, & Holy Spirit.

You might think of it like a framework for faith, with space in the middle for people to bring their cultures, traditions, interpretations, denominations, practices, opinions, etc... inside. In that sense, the creed also leaves space to not know - to be unsure about the specifics, but united in the foundation.
