Lactima

Lactima is one of the leading producers of processed cheese and cottage cheese, present on the market for years. We have been working with Lactima continuously since 2016, implementing online campaigns focused on impact and engaging communication on social channels.

Workshops and strategy

Prior to the start of regular activities, we developed a strategy for the brand's presence in the digital channel, the main aim of which was to increase brand recognition and awareness and to gather an engaged community around the brand. The strategy was preceded by a workshop with the client, in which we analysed the brand's existing activities and built an integrated sales funnel in digital marketing.

Creative content

Aiming to achieve the stated objectives, we regularly create and implement engaging content - Facebook and Instagram posts and ephemeral relationships. In order to engage users and encourage them to try Lactima brand products, we have created a series called 'Cheese Inspirations', where we present interesting (yet quick and simple) recipes for dishes using Lactima processed cheese and cottage cheese. In the communication, we also use creative, cartoon graphics dedicated to Lactima products.

An effective campaign

We support our social media communication with wide-ranging, result-oriented online campaigns. We base advertising activities on a properly designed sales funnel and use Facebook Ads and Google Ads tools to implement them. Using video content, we have introduced Lactima to the YouTube advertising space. In the campaigns, we focus primarily on promoting new products and recipes from the Cheese Inspirations series. As a result, we have increased traffic to the brand's website and social media channels, thereby reaching new potential customers, ultimately helping the Lactima brand meet its sales targets.

Engaging the community

Considering the target audience on social media, regular posts are made to generate a reaction and increase engagement on the profile. After analysing the activities that generate the most interest, we rely on regular photo competitions, promotion of Lactima in popular TV shows and ephemeral content of an entertaining and inspirational nature. InstaStories feature cheese selection quizzes, dish surveys or breakfast Q&A sessions. Analysis, optimisation and reporting
