Have a look at the last shot below to see how I decided to just not model the connection port but then realised the material was beautiful and so decided to render that shot anyway.

All the usual stuff done in Blender. Materials from AmbientCG, threw together some decals in Affinity Designer but they didn't make it to the final render but I want to shout them out anyway.
