Hey all! 👋 Happy to share here the results of the collaboration with Birdie.
The task was to design a visual identity and illustrations that highlighted the software’s unique value proposition, features. The visual identity designed aims to reflect Birdie’s personality — trustworthy, secretive, insightful and friendly like a buddy.
Birdie is a SaaS tool for support teams, helping them resolve tickets with 0 back-and-forth. Within their existing helpdesk, thanks to Birdie they can request screen recordings from their customers, or start a Cobrowsing session.
