Coding With Empathy: Developers Are People Too

The large triangle represents a problem and the smaller triangles represent team members all with overlapping skills and experience. Those with overlap will have an easier time empathizing with one another, and have an easier time collaborating, than those without. Those with less overlap will be bringing more ideas and outside skills to the team to help with solving the problem.
