Stream Up - Streaming service

While working as a freelancer, I got the idea to develop my own full-fledged project together with my familiar programmer. So, we started developing Stream Up. Initially, our task was to develop a streaming service that combines all the functionality needed for streamers, bloggers and viewers. However, subsequently, we had difficulties with the implementation of some of our ideas.

My responsibilities included design development, work with analytics and business processes development. During the whole time of working on this project, I analyzed the target audience, made a portrait of end users, conducted in-depth interviews, prepared User Flow, developed a site prototype, designed a fully responsive interface for the entire site, developed an interactive prototype and prepared animations for most interactive elements.

Despite the rather detailed study of this project, we still had to freeze development for an indefinite period due to a reappraisal of our strengths and non-availability of requisite funds to release the project into release.
