UI of NIELIT App

For this project, I have taken a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity, user experience and the front-end developer of the mobile application. I have collaborated closely with the development team to translate functional requirements into appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Through my expertise in UI/UX design principles, I have created wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that showcase the app's layout, colors, typography, and navigation patterns. Additionally, I have conducted user research and gathered feedback to iteratively refine the design, ensuring it aligns with the preferences and needs of the target audience. My focus on creating a seamless and visually engaging interface has contributed to the project's success in enhancing accessibility and streamlining various functionalities for both students and employees.

This prototype is a glimpse of the application.

Activity Diagram

Activity diagrams are graphical representations of workflows of step-wise activities and actions with support for choice, iteration and concurrency.

Class Diagram

It is a type of static structure diagram that describes the structure of a system by showing the system's classes, their attributes, operations (or methods), and the relationships among objects.

Use Case Diagram

A use case diagram is a graphical depiction of a user's possible interactions with a system.

Below are some high-fidelity design of the app.

Conclusion

During the creation of this project, the following goals were met:

•The development of this project has achieved significant milestones in designing an intuitive UI, implementing a NoSQL database for efficient data organization.

•Utilizing three-tier architecture, and integrating Spring Boot for simplified Java application development. The project successfully tackled difficulties related to file scripting, dependency updates, and mapping NoSQL queries.

•Throughout the development process, the team encountered challenges related to file scripting, dependency updates, and mapping of NoSQL queries. However, these difficulties were tackled effectively.

•Despite these limitations, the project has made substantial progress in optimizing the mobile application for improved user experience and organizational efficiency.
