Mobile app for retail customers in the energy industry

Introducing Ecopower, a mobile app concept for consumer in the energy industry, designed for Codete. The app provides customer support, billing and real-time insights on power consumption, correlated with other factors like energy cost and the temperature. The goal is to keep customer well-informed and educated about the good practice when it comes to the energy usage. Ultimately, this would prevent wasting energy, lower costs and build awareness on the impact on the environment while building the trust.

I've also introduced Electra, a friendly AI chatbot mascot helping in a broad range of problems, igniting enthusiasm and fostering a connection with customers, while also alleviating the support team's burden through engaging interactions and efficient issue resolution.
