Redesign of the Poultry Global Web Application

Project description

The management complained to me that there has been sales decline for 8 months with the Nigeria’s Poultry Global company based in supply of Live birds and poultry foods as customers are not enthusiastic on buying their product online by using their mobile app.

So, I redesigned Poultry Global mobile application for last minute online shoppers using iPhone 14 and iPhone 13 Pro. I also Initiated Poultry Global managements board discussion, conducted user experience interviews and UI visual style research to highlight the problems with the old mobile application.

Customer are happy and can now interact with the app without annoying and distracting animations, users now understand the app better with few onboarding screens, the contents are now clearly visible for users to read, users can easily find their way around the app by using better structured navigations, the checkout pages are reduced professionally and user can now buy poultry foods faster.
