Overview

"Card on File" is a recently introduced feature in the First Performance mobile app, which aims to assist customers in keeping track of merchants who store their card information. This feature provides a comprehensive purchase history for each merchant and enables customers to monitor and control their spending with each merchant efficiently.

Wireframes

The project began with a conversation with the product manager to understand the goals and objectives. I also conducted research on similar apps or features from other companies. Then, I developed initial wireframes and shared them with the product manager.

Based on feedback, I made adjustments and improvements to the initial wireframes until the final version was approved.

Prototype & User testing

After completing and obtaining approval for the wireframes, I began developing a prototype for user testing and interviews.

We invited 5 participants to test the prototype, and together, we discussed the findings and feedback. As a result, we agreed on the changes that need to be implemented for the wireframes.
