Taking care of your own body and developing your physique and strength is a human endeavor that must be well-thought-out in this age of time. The gym is a great place to start; however, not everyone has access.Thus, by developing and implementing countless types of applications, we create our own gym that is unique and personalized to each individual.This is an app I decided to design, ActiveX, which will enable you to follow through with workout sessions as well as provide an in-depth analysis of each workout done thoroughly. In addition, sharing results with friends is not only considered a greater form of motivation than forcing them into a gym in the first place but also a greater form of competition therein.
