WotNot Chatbot - Conversational user interfaces are a new frontier that requires thoughtful consideration. The design process should include defining the purpose of the chatbot, and other design considerations to create a successful user experience. I was a incharge of designing the complete product from scratch. Learning about the platform, Framing the Bot's purpose, Setting a tone of voice, Creating User Flows That Make a Difference in the User’s Life, Guiding the Users with Detailed Chatbot UX Design, Plan for Misunderstandings, Tracking and Analysing User Behaviour and a lot more.
