Introducing the Salesforce Lightning Design System

Six months ago, we embarked on an incredible journey to document our brand new design language with an easy-to consume, scalable CSS Framework. Our goal was to empower our internal development teams and the broader Salesforce development community to effortlessly create apps that look and feel like they belong in the Salesforce ecosystem of products. Yesterday, we went live with the Beta version of that framework, and we are so proud to show it off!

We would love feedback and suggestions from the design community. More is definitely coming between now and Dreamforce, so keep an eye on it! Special shoutout to @Thanh Quach, who designed this shot (and much of the site itself)!
