Electrys dashboard shows real-time data about charging sessions, like energy used, cost per session, and the total cost over time. It also offers insights into overall energy consumption and ways to reduce carbon footprint.

One of the key methods we employed was the Customer Journey Map. This tool enabled us to visualize and analyze users' entire end-to-end experience journey, from the initial point of awareness of the app to the post-usage phase.

Our app is further enhanced by the addition of features such as Search, Widgets, and Information boards, which have been designed to significantly improve user experience and drive engagement.
