E-service application form

I made a completely new design of the application form for electronic services, which focuses on the convenience of the user and the efficiency of the process. My goal is to make the process of submitting applications for electronic services as simple, intuitive and satisfying as possible to the needs of both users.

The process of filling out the form has become more intuitive and simple. Each step logically follows the previous one, and clear instructions help users easily understand what is required of them.
