JAXJOX - Branding
Helping a fitness tech brand get into shape.
A UK-based fitness startup needed us to build their brand from the ground up. Armed with only an idea and some product prototypes, they asked us to develop every part of their brand, from naming, packaging and positioning to building their app and website.
Meet JAXJOX. A dynamic new brand with a fresh approach to workouts, using innovative workout technology to liberate people to work out their way.
I began with the brand identity. Knowing JAXJOX had the potential to be a market leader in the fitness tech space, I set about building a brand that portrayed JAXJOX as the solution to our audience’s workout woes.
This included a complete look and feel—premium, fresh and minimalist—including but not limited to logo, packaging, website, and brand design system.
JAXJOX became a powerful challenger brand with the authority to offer a fresh take on working out. In the years following the initial brand launch, JAXJOX launched the KettlebellConnect at 2019 CES in Las Vegas, which won Best Sports Tech in the 2019 Best of CES awards.
JAXJOX products have also been featured in Forbes, CNET, The Wall Street Journal, Engadget, WIRED, and CNN. Their products are now available at Apple.
