Acorn Hardware

Acorn Hardware is a small chain of family-run hardware stores with a variety of locations in Massachusetts. They specialize in a range of tools, building supplies, and plant materials. As a customer-first business, Acorn Hardware focuses on quality tools rather than trying to cut corners.

Although they cared deeply about quality within their business, their brand was lacking in terms of clarity. Acorn Hardware needed a fresh rebrand that would connect all of its hardware sectors into a single logical system. A brand system was designed that could be adapted throughout all of their hardware products. A new logo mark was developed, creating a striking shout that could be recognizable big and small. A color system, typographic hierarchy, and all-new packaging were created to establish Acorn Hardware as a striking competitor in the hardware industry.
