Rooted

Rooted is a premium apparel and footwear store in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. As part of outreach to the community, Rooted ran a T-Shirt design competition. Designers and artists from all over the city had the opportunity to partake in competition, with a chance of having their design printed and sold by Rooted.

This t-shirt graphic was created by using the store's slogan and a color palette derived from streetwear itself. Combining energetic sheered lettering, a color palette derived from streetwear itself, and a hanging sneaker logo graphic this typographic graphic was born. After printing the t-shirt, images were taken by myself with a few friends.
