unused identity mark concept created for Build to Rent

BTR's ideal clients are individuals looking to make creative and wise investments for predictable future needs. The identity mark for this concept was inspired by the concepts of growth, shelter and trust. Abstract but quick-to-read, the mark is constructed by three bars, (a tie-in to financial growth), angled upward and inward in space to form the rafters of a roof structure.
