This brand, created for the UVU Ambassador program, is meant to inspire and motivate ambassadors to bring the best of who they are to all they do as a representative of the university, and to help them recognize that they are part of a rich heritage and tradition of ambassadorship excellence. While some brand elements are advertised to the wider campus community, most are reserved only for the eyes of those in the program, creating a sense of secrecy and belonging to something exclusive and important.

Quests & Legends

Custom icons signify the four main ambassador legends. Like all myths and tales of folklore, each legend teaches a lesson. Through storytelling they illustrate characteristics of exemplary ambassadors, and each presents a unique quest ambassadors can elect to undertake during their time in the program. The icons help the ambassadors commit these lessons to memory, and are a reminder of what it means to be legendary every time they are seen.

Supporting iconography helps to further illustrate secrets and elements within the legends.

The iconography style of the program was greatly simplified through an iterative hand-drawn process.
