Droidddle - Snackbar & Two-phased loads

So I decided to do another visual concept overhaul for Droidddle's UI.
I added a 'two-phased load' progress whenever the user browses the stream for shots and if an issue occurs preventing the shots from loading up above the stream, a snackbar appears to notify its user.
