Automation Logo WIP: Kerning Advice

Drew these letters from scratch (based on Gotham Rounded) for a logo I am working on and as a result I need to manually kern the letters. I've been wiggling the letters around for some time but now I need some new eyes as I'm going a bit cross-eyed. What do you think? Does it look right to you? Thinking the second 'O' is too close to the 'I'.
