The problem at hand is that passengers frequently encounter challenges while locating their boarding gates and navigating through security checks, resulting in missed flights, inconveniences, and disruptions to their travel plans.
Solution
The proposed solution involves creating an all-inclusive airport navigation application that offers real-time guidance and information to passengers. By utilizing this app, travelers will receive step-by-step directions to their boarding gates, security checkpoints, and baggage counters, while also gaining access to essential details about nearby shopping and dining options.
