Responsive Card UI for OpenCongress

This is one of several responsive cards designed to show information on OpenCongress in a visually digestible manner.

I designed a card-based interface in order to provide additional context around a piece of data that's being displayed. These were designed responsively from the get-go so that we could think about how the interface scaled on different kinds of screens.

Cards link to other related cards and have calls-to-action to allow a user to explore and dig deeper if they are interested in doing so.
