Project Overview

This is PBZ’s mobile banking app where the goal was to make it more efficient and that the user has the ability to quickly get to the most used functionalities. No new functionalities were added during the redesign because of budget and time constraints. Here are some of the screens that were made after the redesign has been approved by the stakeholder. This project was done in 6 months' time.

Process

Discovery phase

We gathered the data on the current app with Smartlook and then summarized the insights which we then send in a form of a report to the stakeholder.

Design

After the insights and action points have been approved I have started to create the design. I used a library with already-built components in order to start usability testing as soon as possible. After all the insights have been written in Notion and priorities set based on the frequency of use from the users, budget, and time further modifications to the design have been made. After all, problems have been resolved design handoff has been prepared and sent to the development department.
