Live Shopping is the new trend in e-commerce - for all the online shoppers who are worried about what the products they order would look like. With influencers, celebrities and sellers showcasing the products to viewers live, it's the closest you could get to offline shopping - understand the fit, ask questions, or even bargain for the price you pay! Here's an experience design that covers how users can select a stream to watch, view the in-stream experience and view all the merchandise to shop from.

1. Choose from all ongoing streams

The first interface allows users to select the best live video where they want to shop. They can search, filter by categories and even continue watching earlier videos where they left. A thumbnail with autoplay gives them a glimpse of what's going on in the shop inside!

2. Immersive view for live stream

This screen is the hero - you get a zoomed-in view of what the influencer is showing live, understand what the products are made of, how big or small they are, and even ask your questions on chat! The product currently shown is pinned for easy discovery, and you can access all the other products on the stream with a swipe up.

3. View all products

How to know if this stream is the right one for you? You can go through all the merchandise that would be shown in the live video. If you like a product and want to know its details, message the streamer to show it to you before you place your final order!

While this is a 10,000 ft view of what basic live video shopping looks like, you can top it up with a whole lot of cool features - flash sales that create FOMO to buy, cool games, fun stickers that viewers want to engage with, also replay videos of products that have already been shown.
