~Places~ App Exercise

I had a cute idea for an app on the way home from work today, so I decided to mock it up! Based on your location, it would collect weather data and instagram photos. I call it... "Places." lol

The little "friends" icons would represent the locations of your friends, and if they were in a different time zone, you could add their time to your screen and see their "places" as well. Based on your time, the sun icon will move across the screen and change into the moon icon at night. The gradient background would also become darker.

Time to practice some JavaScript and see if I can get this baby to work!

I'm in Phoenix right now on an extended trip from Seattle, so the contrast in weather and scenery is apparently affecting me drastically. :P Also, I miss my friends.
