Rebuilding infrastructure

Substvs, a sprouting platform serving photographers, videographers, and artists, commissioned us to redefine and refine their user flows. Our mission was twofold: to serve as the liaison between the programming team and the product's direction, and to bring a fresh, creative perspective to the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

Challenge:

We faced a stimulating challenge of questioning the pre-existing case studies and identifying new paths for growth. Striking the delicate balance of simplicity and innovation was our principal aim. The project saw us venturing into the realm of the digital art world, with the introduction of NFTs into the platform's ecosystem.

Solution:

Our collaborative, interdisciplinary approach facilitated the seamless fusion of creative and technical thinking. The design team crafted the product requirements and UI/UX specifications, working closely with the client to meet their needs and vision.

Simultaneously, our programming team, skilled in React development, worked to bring the design vision to life, ensuring the implementation was technically sound and that the transition was smooth for existing users.

Outcome:

The resultant UI design amalgamated the aesthetic appeal with functional intuitiveness, offering an enhanced user experience without compromising the platform's inherent simplicity. The seamless incorporation of NFTs opened up new possibilities for the artists on the platform, further solidifying Substvs' position as a progressive, inclusive platform for creative individuals.
