Few screens from MRT (Measure, Review Track), a mobile app I designed a while ago for organisations to track and manage their employees. The goal of this app is to have an interoperable way to share employees work history, awards, achievements and performance.

It has 3 user types, organisation owners, managers, and employees. Each of these user types.

Organisation owners can set up organisation accounts and invite managers and employees.

Managers can accept invitations and can manage and track employee performances.

Employees can accept invitations and can keep track of and share their employment history with other organisations.
