How to determine the most despicable companies - poster

Hi there! How often do you have job interviews? Is it currently relevant for you? And how do you determine that you are dealing with a conscientious, honest employer with whom you would feel comfortable working?

This poster is my work from one of the design marathons, and it serves as a guide on what to pay attention to during job interviews and the hiring process.

I decided to create a poster in the style of "Despicable Me" because I wanted to present this complex information in a bright and memorable way.

I depicted the main character of the movie, Gru, as a company and the minions as indicators pointing to its problem areas.

In my work, I used the font LasVegas Jackpot, which is also used in the "Despicable Me" movie poster, and a more "calm" font, Bebas Neue

The color scheme mirrors the colors of the movie characters depicted on the poster.
