Fatkid Dribble

Ron Rutland embarked on a 48 500km journey from Cape Town to London to watch the Boks play in the Rugby World Cup, and also to raise awareness for cancer. To support his journey through every nation in Africa, Discovery wanted Vitality members to join in on the journey from the relative comfort of their gyms. To share in Ron’s experience (and also win a major prize) we created the Catch the Fat Kid site, where users could experience a light-hearted recreation of Ron’s adventure, simply by scrolling to help him cycle across the continents.

Each continent and its elements had to be designed from scratch.
