    "Mash Property" has spoken for the service on its own, so our team decided to sidestep the familiar symbol of houses. The logo mainly features the brand name with a gray block wrapping around the text, giving a robust, noticeable look. A lime green square, which represents the building location as well as the green space in an architectural blueprint, is accentuated on the top right corner. The general appearance captures the brand’s professionalism, while the color choice lends the identity system a dynamic, modern touch. Going beyond the staid typography, our designers employed the clean, legible AvantGarde BK BT typeface that speaks to the spirit of the firm: smart and trustworthy.
