Call recorder is a feature that will record calls internally and externally for agents and customers, so after conducting recorders research 🧐

I figured out that the information structure

then, conducted researches for Average Handle Time Standards

and began to set jobs to be done, creating its user flow diagram.

There are two jobs, the first job is Finding Calls, and here is the user flow πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

the second job is Reviewing Calls, and here is the user flow πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

and that's the final HIFI UI ✌🏼
