Very excited to share with you one of the views of the P2P module in ERP, more specifically in the Request for Quotation. The view that I share is the RFQ Release (Procurement Officer View). In this view there is a table containing RFQ data such as RFQ ID, Release Date, Close Date, RFQ Type, RFQ Status (Draft, Released, Closed), Supplier ID, Supplier Name, RFQ Acknowledgment, Reminder Date. This RFQ Release is the result of RFQ Creation in which the Procurement Officer generates Purchase Request data into the RFQ document, then the Procurement Officer searches for potential vendors from the list of available vendors.

This design is the result of a redesign of a freelance project that I have worked on before, in which in that project I went through 3 stages of the design process, namely designing an activity diagram (because there are more than 3 roles in this ERP system), making Low-Fidelity and also making High-Fidelity. In this project I also work with people who specialize in Supply Chain Management and of course I also learn a lot from them about business processes in ERP.
