Team Toolkit

Last year, Humu released Humu Coach for Managers: a suite of features that aims to make the day-to-day job of managing a team easier. When managers feel supported, their teams feel supported.

The features included

• The Smart Agenda, a 1:1 tool with recommended topics added by the Humu Nudge Engine based on organization-wide initiatives, role-specific growth opportunities, and employee-selected focus areas

• A team page which displayed the focus areas your team is working on to inform the manager how the individuals on their team want to grow, along with other metrics and insights on your team

• Profile pages: a place for coworkers to learn more about each other and empower managers to remember the little details that make a big difference to employees
