FORWARD_SPACE, came with a pressing challenge. They relied on multiple paid services, which hindered their ability to customize their product's user experience and limited their scaling potential. In light of this, they sought to enhance both their UX & UI along with creating an administration platform to manage their business seamlessly.

About Product

FORWARD_SPACE is a dance hub that brings hybrid movement experiences through an online platform and physical studios. Using the platform, users can enjoy on-demand and live sessions, while also booking lessons in their physical studios. The customer-facing platform is connected to an advanced administration environment that manages the platform and business seamlessly.

Process

During our Discovery phase, we mapped current customer journeys, created competitive analyses, and proposed product improvement solutions.

Transform the energy of dance lessons into a visual and make them stand out at the same time. That was the intention during the Design Phase. First steps were toward moodboard creation and exploration of visual styles.

We continued wireframing and creating the UI. We have created a Design System for effective communication with developers. Understanding business logic and identifying use cases was key to designing functionalities that worked.
