Banking – Finance Management 2018 – 2021

At Collector Bank, I was responsible for creating and managing the design, together with the UX team, for various platforms including the external website, the banking app (both iOS and Android), and the web presence in the logged-in user state for all B2C services.

Redesigned and overhauled the design across all platforms, including mobile, desktop, and app.

Developed a design system and guidelines for the logged-in user state on the web to ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines.

Implemented widget solutions on both open pages and logged-in states, enhancing the discoverability of various product benefits for customers. Through A/B testing, we observed a significant increase in clicks and improvement in our main KPIs, solely by introducing interactive design elements.
