The gender pay gap is a persistent and complex issue that affects countless individuals, families, and communities, and the design industry is not immune to the issue of pay equity.

Despite the industry's reputation for innovation and progressiveness, there are still disparities in pay between men and women and other underrepresented groups.

Women, people of colour, and individuals with disabilities continue to face challenges in breaking through the glass ceiling and receiving equal pay for equal work.

My favourite poster of the #DoneWaiting campaign branding I designed for the Canadian Labour Congress. I worked with the talented Aurore Danielou, who created a series of floral patterns for the campaign.
