Vicer - Mobile Shopping Cart Checkout Panel Improvement
Brief
The client operates an e-commerce platform and has identified issues with their
mobile shopping cart checkout panel, impacting user experience and conversion rates. The goal of this project was to enhance the checkout process for mobile users to increase efficiency, reduce cart abandonment, and ultimately boost revenue.
After selecting a product from PDP leading screen would be a shopping cart. The goal was to see customers product name and image, option for removing items in case it was a mistake or wasn't sure about the purchase. I added option for adding/reducing more/less items. On the screen we can see information about individual costs and total amount.

Achieved Goals
Simplified the checkout process to reduce the number of steps and implemented breadcrumbs for easier navigation and orientation.
Cart abandonment rates were decreased by 20% and the overall conversion rate increased by 15% over the next quarter.
Ensured the checkout panel is mobile-responsive and mobile performance enhanced with a reduced load time. Implemented a "progressive" checkout system with fewer steps and dynamic form fields that adapt to user inputs, reducing friction.
