Metsup Pro - Shuttle Run Test

Metsup Pro is a mobile app imagined by the french start-up Activity Lab that has designed an innovative technology in order to evaluate and improve children physical condition.

The application was used as part of the scientific study "reversing the curves", carried out by the French Federation of Cardiology. Its purpose was to collect data on the condition and physical progress of students over several months, with the help of sport teachers.

Our goal here was to make it possible to evaluate a group of students with the shuttle run test and then to personalize the training according to the level of each person with a mobile app. The final app simplifies the use of the most popular test in the world and facilitates the implementation of personalized training.
