Plugin authorisation page & empty state for Figma plugin

Here next stage after onboarding -- autorisation. Automatically open browser where you should log in in Smartcat and after code page, by retiring empty state and next one -- selection and translation. P.s. usually I have not enough time between projects and with years some of them not actual. With this project i have a lot of passion top share even before big behance shot.
